2. Services & Project Statements of Work
Morgan Dynamics provides custom software engineering, MERN/Next.js web development, mobile applications, and enterprise SaaS solutions. Detailed project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed with clients.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon full payment of agreed project milestones, clients receive complete ownership rights to custom source code, documentation, and digital assets engineered specifically for their project, subject to standard open-source licenses or pre-existing proprietary frameworks utilized during construction.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client proprietary business data, trade secrets, and source code. Formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed prior to project discovery.
5. Limitation of Liability
Morgan Dynamics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or client system downtime beyond the terms explicitly agreed upon in formal client SLA contracts.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mahendergarh / Haryana, India.
